Urgent kiosk help

If the lobby kiosk is offline, confirm the iPad is connected to Wi-Fi and signed into the LobbyFlow app. Then visit Check-In Kiosk settings to regenerate a kiosk key if needed.

Spaces can be adjusted from the Spaces screen at any time. Your reservation links update instantly, so share the latest link with tenants after making changes.

Guided Access iPad kiosk mode

To lock the iPad to LobbyFlow, enable Guided Access: Settings → Accessibility → Guided Access, turn it on, set a passcode, then triple-click the side button while in the app. You'll need this password to disable Guided Access.
