3. Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Notify LobbyFlow immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or other security breach.

4. Billing & Renewals

Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and content provided with the Service remain the property of LobbyFlow or its licensors. You receive no rights other than those expressly granted in these Terms.

6. Service Changes

We may modify or discontinue features with prior notice when reasonable. Significant changes will be communicated through the Service or email.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LobbyFlow is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
